holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Domestic Shipping (within India):
o Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
o Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after dispatch
(available for select locations at an additional cost).
o Shipping costs will vary based on the weight of your order and your delivery
location.
o We may offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value, which will
be clearly indicated on our website.
• International Shipping:
o Currently, Stranger Club primarily ships within India. For international shipping
inquiries, please contact us directly at strangerclub.in@gmail.com to discuss
possibilities and obtain a custom shipping quote.
• Delivery Delays:
o While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery
delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as
weather conditions, carrier delays, customs procedures (for international
shipments, if applicable), or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays
caused by the shipping carrier.

placing your order. Stranger Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly
provided addresses.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged, or if the items inside are damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) at strangerclub.in@gmail.com or call us at 7230854700. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
