At Stranger Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help you with returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully to understand the process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
• Timeframe: You must initiate the return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email,
packing slip) is required.
• Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
• Undergarments, swimwear, or hosiery for hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to strangerclub.in@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include:
o Your order number.
o The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
o The reason for the return/exchange.
o For exchanges, specify the new size or item you would like (subject to
availability).
2. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back until you have received these instructions.
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and the original receipt/proof of purchase.
4. Ship Your Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service
team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns
• Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or any reason other than a defect or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Stranger Club Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item shipped by Stranger Club, or damage during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately in such cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) at strangerclub.in@gmail.com or call us at 7230854700. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
