CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at strangerclub.in@gmail.com or +91 7230854700.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return (see below).

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued for items that meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Your order was cancelled before shipping.

Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
- Undergarments, swimwear, or hosiery (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards.
- Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or returned after 7 days.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. If rejected (e.g., worn item, no tags, late return), your item may be sent back to you at your own cost.

Shipping & Refunds

- If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, damage), we'll issue a full refund including original
shipping and cover return shipping costs.
- For returns due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind), we'll refund the product cost only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived:
1. Check your bank or card account again.
2. Contact your bank or credit card provider - it may take time to post the refund.
